MEDITATION

  • Have you ever tried to Meditate or just be still?
  • Ever sat for periods of time and just not know if you are doing it right; if you have to put more effort into it; what must you add to “really” meditate?
  • Ever wondering if this is doing anything? Why am I doing this again?

MEDITATION

  • Have you ever tried to Meditate or just be still?

  • Ever wondering if this is doing anything? Why am I doing this again?

REST ASSURED; ALL IS GOOD.

The hardest part for all of us is just to “BE”. We all have hectic lives. There is work, kids, bills, news, social media, have to be fit, have to eat right, have to be sociable, have to fit in, have to …, have to …, have to …., and so on and so forth.

We are filled with stress, anxiety, fears, negative thoughts, feelings, and patterns. We struggle to be focused – we are constantly distracted, and we are unable to direct our energy.
We sleep but are never well-rested. It is a struggle to fall asleep and then to wake up, or pass out and wake up as tired as when you went to bed.

All these things in our lives cause “NOISE”. And the noise is deafening, tyring and distorting what we perceive through our senses.

I invite you to join me to “QUIET the NOISE”.

I invite you to become still without effort.

I invite you to get control of your energy, to direct it, to focus it, to master it.

The journey starts with the most effective system to reduce Stress, Fear and Anger.

The journey starts with the most effective system to reduce Stress, Fear and Anger. It has been around for thousands of years and is available to all.

Connect with me and let’s re-discover the quiet within.

In the words of Prince Gautana Siddharta (The Buddha)

“Meditation brings wisdom. Lack of meditation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back and choose the path that leads to wisdom”

Why did he say this: In stillness, the mind is serene and still as water. The surface of a lake reflects the true picture (reality), like a polished mirror.
The unsettled mind disturbs the surface of the water. The picture is then distorted (we see an illusion not reality).
