How blessed are we to have come through the “inferno” still to be able to live life.
We have been fire-tested
Yes, we have been fire-tested and so has everything in our lives been fire tested. Fire being the only element that purifies, transforms / transmute and ensures only the highest quality remains.
This period showed us that we are not in control, we are not the ones holding the steering wheel, but we are the creators of our destiny. For some there were loss of loved ones and for some livelihood. And yet we are so blessed to be here during this time.
For the ones that experienced loss, there is comfort that you were blessed to walk a path with that person and loved one in this live. And the knowing that for every out breath there is always an in breath (even if it is not on this physical plane of existence).
For those that lost their livelihood or is working hard to hold on to the means of income, there is the knowing that the business, position, source of income, etc. was fire tested to see if it will serve us for as long as we need it to. If it did not, we saw it fall away. And perhaps for the better, as we may have held on to it for too long.
The fire showed us the cracks in our earning foundation – our business, our position, our employer, whatever it was. Where the cracks were too big, we experienced loss. Where the cracks were visible but controllable, we experienced pain and hardship. And where the foundations held-up we took a deep breath and broke through the flames. We could also see where others had control over our earning and where we have to become smarter.
Our past few months of global pandemic was not the cause of our loss. It was the test of what we built. We could say – our salvation.
What do we do now?
The question now is: “How do we get back up” and “What will we create now”.
In the words of Bruce Wayne’s (Batman) father – “Why do we fall? So we can pick ourselves back up”
We have this new knowledge and insight. We were blessed with this test. We saw and experienced. We lived it, we survived it. We are the victors.
Lets make this blessing count.
